Write and link notes yourself and let your AI assistant write. Which ways in exist today.
What it is for
Today there are two ways into Kepos: you write, or your AI assistant writes. Both end up in the same memory.
This page shows how to use both and how notes find each other.
How to do it

Write a note
Open “Vault” in the sidebar and choose “+ NEW NOTE”. Notes are Markdown, so headings, lists and code work the way you expect.

Link notes
Put the title of another note in double square brackets, for example [[Project plan]]. Kepos turns it into a link and shows the connection in the graph.

Connect your assistant
Under “Me” → “Connect your AI” you give your assistant access. After that it creates notes and sketches directly and looks for what already exists first.

Limit access
When you connect it, you choose which Spaces and vaults the assistant can reach. Private material stays private, even when the same assistant works for the team.
What Kepos does in the background
After every save, Kepos suggests fitting links. If your plan includes dreaming, Kepos checks the note shortly afterwards: it adds links, repairs dead ones and fixes metadata.
Notes from your assistant are checked and linked as soon as they are created. Dreaming does not change them afterwards. The dream report shows how many such notes there are.
Common questions
Which sources are available today?
Notes you write, sketches and everything your AI assistant creates. Email import, the web clipper and voice recording are in preparation.
Does my assistant write into my personal vault?
Only if you give it access. When you connect it, you pick the Spaces and vaults it may see.
What happens when I rename a note that others link to?
Those links then point nowhere. If your plan includes dreaming, Kepos repairs such dead links quietly and lists them in the weekly balance.
